FPA Sri Lanka Secures Grant to Integrate GBV Screening into Antenatal Care

We are excited to announce that FPA Sri Lanka has been awarded a prestigious grant aimed at enhancing women's well-being by integrating gender-based violence (GBV) screening into antenatal care.

This study will be implemented from July 1, 2024, to December 31, 2025, focusing on pregnant women in the estate sector.

The grant signing ceremony was held yesterday at the Netherlands Embassy in Sri Lanka, graciously hosted by Mr. Iwan Rutjens, the Acting Ambassador of the Netherlands.

Our proposal was one of seven selected from over 100 submissions by organizations dedicated to human rights.
