Teaming up with the Center for Evaluation at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, we hosted a workshop at our Head Office on the 3rd of June 2024 for students enrolled in the 'Advanced Certificate in M&E' course, as part of gLOCAL Evaluation Week 2024.

The session addressed:

* Exploring practical applications of monitoring and evaluation in organizational settings.

* Diving into the monitoring and evaluation system of The Family Planning Association of Sri Lanka.

* Unveiling the strengths and challenges of organizational M&E systems.

* Learning how FPA Sri Lanka's M&E system drives improvements in our service delivery and initiatives.

Our speakers for the day were Suchira Suranga, Director of Organizational Learning & Evaluation, along with Amal Bandara and Janaranga Dewasurendra, Assistant Directors of M&E.
