FPA Team Attends VCAT Training of Trainers in Nepal

A team from FPA Sri Lanka, including Rajapakse Vithanage, Head of Outreach, Achini Pahalawatte, Project Coordinator (Humanitarian), and Desaree Soysa, RFSU Project Lead - Advocacy Unit, is currently participating in the IPPF 'Values Clarification for Action and Transformation' (VCAT) Training of Trainers (TOT) in Nepal.

This five-day intensive workshop will delve into understanding VCAT, effective methods for implementation, and creating actionable plans. The training incorporates interactive discussions and micro-teaching sessions, providing participants with practical tools and skills to lead transformative VCAT initiatives in their respective roles.

By the end of the training, the team will be well-equipped to foster values clarification and action transformation, ensuring meaningful impact in their future outreach and advocacy efforts.
