Stress Management Programme

FPA Sri Lanka's Alokaya Counselling Centre, under the direction of Ms Badra Udawatta (Assistant Director-Counselling), conducted a stress management programme which addressed the topics "What is stress and stress management", " "Importance of relaxation exercises" and " Influence of one's diet on stress". This programme assists adults in effectively managing stress in healthy ways, including: exercising, , music therapy and relaxation techniques.

Reducing stress in everyday life is vital for maintaining overall health, as it can improve your mood, boost immune function, promote longevity and allow you to be more productive.
